B2B License & Supply Management for Curtain Retailers

The Problem

A curtain wholesaler with multiple stores and suppliers was tracking license expiries by hand and depended on email/phone traffic to approve supplier price changes.

The Approach

Built per-store license-code tracking with a daily Hangfire service sending automatic 30/7-day expiry-warning emails. Added a full approval workflow for supplier price-change requests, and a QR/barcode scan feature for fast in-store lookups.
