AI-Powered Lead & Proposal Bot

The Problem

New job opportunities on freelance platforms needed 24/7 tracking and fast proposals, but being online constantly or fully delegating sensitive negotiations to AI wasn't an option.

The Approach

Wrote a bot that logs in via Playwright, scans new requests, and drafts proposals with GPT. The key piece: a decision mechanism that detects when the bot is 'stuck' (price negotiation, technical question, cancellation) and hands the conversation back to me — successful conversations are saved as few-shot examples for future proposals.
