Accounting & Payment Automation for Social/Game Coin Resellers

The Problem

Virtual coin resellers were manually reconciling bank receipts, multiple payment providers and e-invoicing by hand — an error-prone, unscalable process.

The Approach

Wrote separate background workers for 8 different external services, each polling its own API and automatically posting receipts into the system. Built a SignalR hub for real-time receipt notifications so the accounting team sees live status without manual refreshing.

Engineering Highlights

• Background workers integrated with 8 external services (bank receipt scanners, payment providers, e-invoicing).
• 67+ incremental migrations — a continuously evolving, live system.
• BCrypt password hashing, role-based authorization policies.
• Excel reporting via ClosedXML, server-side PDF generation via DinkToPdf.
