Which firms is Vekilim for?
Law firms of any size, from independent lawyers to multi-partner firms. Pricing is per firm with unlimited clients; plans differ only in staff user count and storage.
How do clients use the app?
Clients sign in with a one-time code sent to their phone after your invitation. They see their cases, updates, hearing dates, shared documents and payment plan, and send questions to the firm.
Is our data safe? Is it KVKK-compliant?
Data is stored encrypted on servers in Türkiye. One firm's data is never visible to another, and even the platform administrator can't see firms' case or client content. Every access is logged immutably, and consent, data-subject request and deletion tools are built in.
Does Vekilim integrate with UYAP?
No, Vekilim doesn't connect to UYAP; case details are entered by the firm. Vekilim focuses on what UYAP doesn't offer: client communication, internal workflow, finances and access logs.
